Hidden designs in nature.

This photo barely captures the essence of this design as it was when I first saw it.

Has anyone seen this pattern before or something like it?

If not care to guess what it is?

  1. Indeed it is, a manfern (tree fern). Possibly one of the largest cuttings I have ever taken and I have taken a few in my time. I will edit the original post at a later date to show all of the tree fern and where I have relocated it to.
When it was first cut the colours and the pattern were so vivid that I was stunned and I instantly thought of some of the indigenous artwork that can be found all over the globe.
